What Is Artist Care?
The Artist Care Program was introduced at Mile 3 in 2015 with one simple goal: to take care of the musicians who bring Mile of Music to life.
What began as a small but meaningful perk quickly became one of the festival’s most celebrated initiatives. Today, Artist Care is a signature Mile of Music program designed to make the full Appleton experience as welcoming, comfortable, and supportive as possible for our artists.
This unique program is available exclusively to Mile of Music performers and reflects our belief that when artists are cared for, the music and the experience are better for everyone.

Community-Powered Support
Artist Care is made possible through the generosity of local businesses and partners who donate their time, services, and expertise.
Partners such as Romenesko & Romenesko – A Family Dental Studio, Fox Valley Hearing Center, and MusiCares help ensure artists receive essential care while visiting Northeast Wisconsin.
These contributions are provided free of charge to artists and are also treated as charitable donations in support of Mile of Music’s mission.
